Traditionally we wear a “Gi”, but for your first lesson we would advise that you wear any comfortable loose fitting clothing and be prepared to train in bare feet

Q: Can I train with my child?

Yes, we have mixed age classes in which you will be able to train alongside your child

Q: Am I able to stay and watch?

Of course, although its not compulsory we do encourage parents to stay and watch (or even join in!!)
